miercoles bolonia, huevos etc. caldos ensalada de frutas
jueves hot cakes pechuga,carne asada moyetes ,fruta
viernes licuado con granola camarones,pescado caramelos o burros
empanizados asada
because I like 11 and every day and commonly eat I do not get in at night till I get home ...... the like junk food in school to calm the hunger jajaja
